Off-Campus or Remote Access to Electronic Databases
All library (in-house) patrons are welcome to use the electronic databases listed on the Library's web site any time the Library is open. However, remote or off-campus access is limited to those who are affiliated with the University.
CNU students, staff and faculty may access the Library's resources off campus. Before using the resources, new faculty, adjunct faculty, and all staff members must visit the Circulation Desk in Trible Library to have the barcode activated. Student barcodes are automatically activated.
Using your last name as the login, and the 10-digit barcode number on the front of your CNU I.D. as the password, any of databases listed on the Library's home page or Databases A to Z page are available for use, unless otherwise noted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: AOL, MSN, or other Internet browsers may not work properly with remote access. The Library recommends that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla's Firefox browser.
