Library Construction Update
Books in the PN - PR657 call number areas have been moved to shelving in the periodicals area of the library, next to the compact shelving.
Surplus furniture and supplies are being removed from the old administrative offices and the second floor study area before demolition and construction begins.

Second floor is closed
The second floor of the library is closed to library users. The study room portion is off limits due to construction, and administrative offices have been moved into the other portion. Study tables and carrels have been placed throughout the first floor to provide more single and group study space.

Library closed for holiday weekend
The Captain John Smith Library will be closed
Saturday July 3rd,
Sunday July 4th,
and Monday July 5th
in celebration of the 4th of July weekend.
The library will re-open Tuesday July 6th at 8am.
